We've been getting alot of hits over the last week and only a few of you have plucked up the courage to say anything or leave a comment. So here it is, a thread for all the visitors to introduce themselves and give a bit of feedback. Hopefully you'll all be a bit less shy now

is this for real life introductions?
If so I'll copypasta a bit about me from my clan forums (for TF2)

Mm? I always think of:
In Character - Out of Character - Real Life
The differance being out of character is sort of 'game related' and real life is unrelated to the game. (or guild, or the internet in general.)
Two similar examples:
"I'm getting a soda, brb" is ooc. "I had a bad day at the factory" is real life.
Anyway i'm not really expecting a Letter and CV, more about your playstyles, what you think of the guild.. Very general things. Just what you feel comfortable sharing.

OK well I won't post that then because it's basically about my life then which this isn't really about but if you want to know about me then just ask some other time. I thought I could mention something about my game experience though since that is quite related. I basically started MMOs with playing runescape (slap me, but it's still the most fun i've had in an mmorpg). I loved just talking to people and getting involved with my clan that a joined (and became one of the officers in it). I then moved onto playing guildwars for a fair while, and I really enjoyed the PvP aspect of that. I then went to wow (who doesn't). I found it fairly fun though always felt a bit rushed to level and didn't have such a good time gameplay wise. But my guild were incredibly awesome on it, and that's basically what kept me playing (though I'm sure not so much as you guys ). I've also been through a phase of playing loads of free asian grinder ones, and never truely enjoying it. Along side MMORPGS I've played loads of other genres of games, though I'm mainly an FPS man. I would like to mention that I am in a team fortress 2 clan, but that shouldn't matter since FPS games don't end up taking up every bit of my life like MMORPGS can do. Anyway I love tf2 so if anyone has it and is up for a game tell me!

TF2? Maybe. I think I suck at 'games' though to be honest.
Asian grinders are no good for anything except cute girls wearing outfits that would make a stripper blush and showing off hard nipples through said outfits. Conan goes one better there too. I HATE the english in korean grinder MMOs. Its so.. either plain wrong or completly literal and unfun to read.

Yeah..... *looks at Shaya advert on this page with (more than) half naked girl on it* Anyway, anyone can get good at games, just takes practice . But you must be pretty good if you've been playing them in your past.

I'd like to see you beat a Korean at Star Craft THEN I'll be impressed.

Honesty, I doubt that it would be a problem if you gave me a month to train.

I'm afraid I'm willing to bet money against you , unless you have Korean blood in you (I swear they genetically have faster reactions).

Its not about fast reactions, its about skeels, when you watch a certain amount of Athene clips (I've watched them all... Yes i'm a sad person) You natrualy become skeeled, even though I was it long before I saw him.
Neyhow, basicly, I thingy.

I can't keel you, you're a guildmate! ^^ Not to fond of random PvP anyhow, so lame to kill people questing, at least if they are killing mobs at the moment.
I compare it to CCing =)

I know. That's why I didn't like playing rogue on wow. Basically you could only beat people if they you ambushed them without the noticing, and this meant that they were often not really ready and prepared for a fight like you are. All though I did tend to wait until they were on full hp etc.
If I just left them I had to hope that they wouldn't just decide to attack me and kill me.
